We don't think you should ever rush a survey, so we only conduct a maximum of one per day.  If you opt for our most comprehensive report, we block out a minimum of two full back-to-back days to devote to your property so that we can offer you a quality service.

We are very open with our price points and how we calculate the costs for our services. If you are in the early stages and just want a quick breakdown of how our fees are calculated, just call and we'll be happy to help.

At Cooper Davies we know you want to be fully informed before you make a property acquisition. After all it could be the biggest purchase of your life. But in order to achieve this you need a technical advisor on your side to help guide you through the process so you are fully informed.

The problem is twofold; obtaining the necessary technical information, and sourcing a technical advisor who you can trust as a guide. Only then can you weigh whether or not to press ahead with a purchase.

Suddenly you're spending hours of your own valuable time resolving issues which could have been picked up before committing to the purchase. In a worst case scenario you end up having to do all the work yourself due to the exorbitant quotes to remedy.
