A Level 3 Survey, formerly known as a building survey, is the most comprehensive property survey available. It’s recommended for older properties, those with unique structural complexities, or when planning significant renovations. We don't think you should ever rush a survey, so we only conduct a maximum of one per day. If you opt for our most comprehensive report, we block out a minimum of two full back-to-back days to devote to your property so that we can offer you a quality service.
